Big girl lipstick

I'm a lipgloss kind of girl. Always have and don't get me wrong, I LOVe my lipgloss. You can catch me about every 20 minutes reapplying my lipgloss <3 my favorite is Victoria Secret Beauty Rush in Slice of Heaven or Cupquake <3
But lately I've been seeing alot of very cute colors, and especially the nude lipsticks, I've been wanting to try. I always thought I had a weird natural lip color and that was my *excuse* for why I hated lipstick. And also whenever I think of lipstick, I think of my mom when I was a little girl, and so I just thought I wasn't old enough for it. Okay, enough with the excuses..lol

I bought my first lipstick! I bought the Rimmel Lasting Finish Lipstick in Airy Fairy. It's the shade that Kim Kardashian swears by, so I figured for being 25% off at Rite Aid, I'd try it. I LOVE it! So I'm a big girl now! <3

My everyday makeup look

So yea my everday makeup look changes up a bit but lately I've been doing the same old thing everyday. We are creatures of habit :)  So here are the products I use everday without fail.

Revlon Photoready Foundation in Medium Beige
Revlon Photoready concealer in Light
Maybelline Dream Matte powder in Sand
e.l.f Contouring Blush and Bronzer Powder
Hard Candy Bronzer in Hula Hula (for neck and chest)
MAC Cream Color Base in Hush
e.l.f Natural Radiance Blusher in Shy and Hard Candy Fox in a Box in Truth/Dare (been mixing for blush)
whew!! That's alot for my face..then next:
Eyes:
Mac Paint Pot in Rubenesque or e.l.f Eye Primer (eye primer)
Clinique Color Surge Eyeshadow Duo in Strawberry Fudge or e.l.f. Brightening Eye Color in Luxe
and just use my Maybelline Dream Matte Powder at my eyebrow to highlight since it's sorta light.
Almay Intense I-color eyeliner in Black Pearl 
Loreal Voluminous Original in Black

Lips:

It seems like alot of steps..and way too much if you ask my boyfriend..But believe me, it's worth every step <3

Yep you guessed, my first post.

Well here it goes, my first post :)  This blog has been in my little head for a very long time. Always thought about doing one and then I'd be like 'nah, what would I talk about?'..'would anyone even read it?' or care?'. And then I decided that I don't really care if no one reads it I guess, as long as I'm having fun and just expressing myself. 

I've always been a real girly, girl. Fashion has always been my thing, especially since I've worked in retail since I've been sixteen. I love to shop and I'm not afraid to admit it. And I've always worn makeup and loved that as well, I mean fashion and makeup go hand in hand but I always stayed on the more natural side. My mom never wore much makeup and never taught me how to apply it so I just learned what I could as I went. But recently within the last two years I've really came into my own and have experimented with makeup like I've never before. 

Somedays I don't feel so pretty, and all it takes is me putting on my makeup and I feel so much more confident, like I can conquer the world! :)  One eyeshadow at a time.. <3
